Research progress on the involvement of gut microbiota dysbiosis in the developmental origin of osteoporosis in early life stage
摘要
Abstract
Osteoporosis(OP)is closely related to bone development in early life stage and regarded as a disease with developmental origin.The article summarized the literature about the developmental origin of OP and suggests that its occurrence mechanism may be related to gut microbiota dysbiosis in early life.Meanwhile,the characteristics of the com-position of early-life gut microbiota and its influencing factors were briefly elucidated,and the clinical and laboratory stud-ies related to the involvement of abnormal early-life gut microbiota in the developmental origin of OP were systematically described.Finally,given that the important role of early life gut microbiota in bone development,the article summarized the effects of early life gut microbiota intervention strategies on host growth,development and bone mass from both probiot-ics and prebiotics,to provide new ideas and strategies for the prevention and treatment of OP with developmental origin.关键词
