一测多评法同时测定心脑康胶囊中9种成分OA北大核心CSTPCD
Simultaneous determination of nine constituents in Xinnaokang Capsules by QAMS
目的 建立一测多评法同时测定心脑康胶囊中丹参素钠、丹酚酸B、芍药苷、阿魏酸、羟基红花黄色素A、2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、斯皮诺素、甘草苷、葛根素的含量.方法 分析采用SVEA C18 色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量 0.5 mL/min;柱温 30℃;检测波长 280、403 nm.以葛根素为内标,计算其他 8 种成分的相对校正因子,计算其含量.结果 9 种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 4),平均加样回收率 99.83%~101.18%,RSD 1.04%~1.91%.一测多评法所得结果与外标法接近.结论 该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可用于心脑康胶囊的质量控制.
AIM To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS)method for the simultaneous content determination of sodium danshensu,salvianolic acid B,paeoniflorin,ferulic acid,hydroxysafflor yellow A,2,3,5,4′-tetrahydroxy stilbene-2-Ο-β-D-glucoside,spinosin,liquiritin and puerarin in Xinnaokang Capsules.METHODS The analysis was performed on a 30℃thermostatic SVEA C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2%formic acid flowing at 0.5 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 280,403 nm.Puerarin was used as an internal standard to calculate the relative correction factors of the other eight constituents,after which the content determination was made.RESULTS Nine constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.999 4),whose average recoveries were 99.83%-101.18%with the RSDs of 1.04%-1.91%.The result obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by external standard method.CONCLUSION This accurate,stable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Xinnaokang Capsules.
