益肾理血泄浊汤对慢性肾脏病-矿物质和骨紊乱患者的临床疗效
Clinical effects of Yishen Lixue Xiezhuo Decoction on patients with chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder

Abstract
AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Yishen Lixue Xiezhuo Decoction on patients with chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder.METHODS One hundred and sixteen patients were randomly assigned into control group(58 cases)for 3-month intervention of conventional treatment,and observation group(58 cases)for 3-month intervention of both Yishen Lixue Xiezhuo Decoction and conventional treatment.The changes in clinical effects,TCM syndrome scores,renal function indices(eGFR,BUN,Scr),calcium-phosphorus metabolism indices(Ca,P,iPTH),bone metabolism indices(FGF23,TRACP,β-CTX)and safety indices were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TCM syndrome scores,BUN,Scr,P,iPTH,bone metabolism indices(P<0.05),and increased eGFR,Ca(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observable in the two groups.CONCLUSION For the patients with chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder,Yishen Lixue Xiezhuo Decoction can safely and effectively improve clinical symptoms,renal functions,and regulate calcium-phosphorus metabolism,bone metabolism.关键词
