Changes and its Human Factors of Wind Speed in Inner Mongolia from 1991 to 2020

选用内蒙古118个气象台站1991-2020年年平均风速与台站沿革信息、2010年与2020年人口普查资料,根据城市人口增长率、台站迁移、仪器高度变化、探测环境变化等影响地面风速的信息,将站点分为4类分析.结果表明:内蒙古平均风速北部大于南部,西部大于东部;年平均风速整体呈减小趋势,各站差异很大;台站变化和城市化对风速的影响均比较明显,后者大于前者;探测环境对风速的影响非常可观,约为区域背景风速变化趋势的1~3倍;城市化程度越高迁站后风速的变化幅度越大;在各站风速资料突变点中,约63.2%是台站变化引起的.

Based on annual mean surface wind speed data from 1991 to 2020 and the historical evolution infor-mation of 118 meteorological stations in Inner Mongolia and the national population census in 2010 and 2020,and ac-cording to information such as urban population growth rate、station migration,instrument height changes,and sta-tion detection environment changes that affect ground wind speed,the stations are divided into four categories for comparative analysis.The results show that、average wind speed in Inner Mongolia is larger in the north than in the south and in the west than in the east;the trend of wind speed change is decreasing,with significant differences a-mong stations.The reason for this is related to urbanization and station changes.Among them,urbanization contrib-utes more to the trend of wind speed reduction than station changes.The impact of changes in the detection environ-ment on wind speed is very significant,approximately 1~3 times that of the regional background wind speed varia-tion trend;the higher the degree of urbanization,the greater the change in wind speed after station relocation.About 63.2%of the sudden changes in wind speed data at various stations are caused by station changes.
