基于复杂网络的郑州市特大暴雨洪涝灾害链研究
Analyzing the Flood Disaster Chain in Zhengzhou City Based on Complex Network

Abstract
Based on the example of the Zhengzhou 7·20 catastrophic flood disaster,the HAZOP method is used to model the nodes and propagation paths of urban flood disaster chain.Complex network theory is then applied to quantitatively analyze the vulnerability,key nodes,and propagation paths of the urban flood disaster chain.Various indexes such as degree,edge betweenness、average path length,and connectivity are selected for the analysis.The results revealed that the key events in the Zhengzhou 7·20 catastrophic flood disaster chain are related to traffic interruption、insufficient supply of flood defense materials,ineffective emergency command,sub-way water inflow,and production line explosions.Among these,three pairs of connections play a crucial role in the structure of the entire disaster chain network:"insufficient supply of flood defense materials-escalated flooding","traffic interruption-insufficient supply of flood defense materials"and"poor emergency command-escalated flooding".To reduce the impact of the disaster chain,emergency measures such as emergency power supply,emer-gency communication,emergency traffic control,and shutdown are found to be effective.Among these measures、e-mergency power supply had the most significant effect in reducing the disaster.The findings of this study can help develop strategies for breaking the disaster chain,identify key nodes and propagation paths,and establish effective measures for reducing the impact of urban flood disasters.关键词
