职业院校产业学院的现状与建设路径研究
A study on the current situation and construction path of industrial colleges in vocational institutions
摘要
Abstract
The industrial college is a new form of integration of industry and education,and a carrier for collaborative education between colleges and enterprises.Constructing the industrial college is a need of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel.This thesis analyzes the development status,connotation,motivation,and problems in the construction of industrial colleges.The construction paths of the industrial college are put forward from the perspective of macro policies,institutional construction,management models,operational mechanisms,and assessment and evaluation.The construction contents of the industrial college are put forward from the perspective of talent training plans,courses,textbooks,practical teaching,construction of experimental and practical training bases,teaching team of mixed professionals,industry,college and research and social services so as to improve the quality of talent cultivation.关键词
