A study on employment assistance strategies for college and university students from financially disadvantaged families under the perspective of development-oriented funding
摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of development oriented funding,this thesis analyzes the problems in colleges and universities in providing precise assistance to students from financially disadvantaged families,and proposes proper employment assistance strategies:establishing and improving a mechanism that integrates funding education and employment guidance,creating a high-quality team of funding education and employment guidance teachers,providing precise employment services throughout the entire process,enhancing the accumulation of psychological capital for students from financially disadvantaged families in employment,achieving precise policy implementation and precise assistance,and assisting students from financially disadvantaged families in achieving higher quality and more comprehensive employment.关键词
