摘要
Abstract
The traditional relay contactor control system is used to control liquid mixing,which requires a lot of hardware and complex connections,affecting reliability and automation level and causing difficulties for automation control in industrial sites.On the hardware structure of the liquid automatic mixing control system,Mitsubishi FX3U series PLC is used for software control of liquid automatic mixing.The upper computer design is carried out using the Monitoring and Control General System(MCGS)touch screen,which simulates the liquid mixing process and displays real-time process data.This can improve the reliability of the system,make the production line work efficiently,and also implement remote monitoring of the system.关键词
