"双元四融"德技并修型人才培养模式研究
A study on the cultivation model of"dual and four blends"for moral and technical talents
摘要
Abstract
This thesis analyzes the compatibility between the mechanism of integrating industry and education and the connotation of integrating morality and technology,identifies the connection points,explores the"dual"cooperation mechanism between colleges and enterprises,adopts the"four blends"teaching mode of job requirements,curriculum teaching system,vocational skills competition,and vocational skills level certificate,constructs the"post,course,contest and certificate"integrated curriculum system,creates a high-level platform for integrating industry and education,and systematically promotes the"three educations"reform of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods,implements multi-dimensional comprehensive evaluation to improve the quality of talent cultivation.关键词
