Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of minimally invasive gastritis resection combined with potassium sodium hydrogen citrate in patients with giant gastritis and its influence on neurofluid.Methods:213 patients with giant gouty stones admitted to the First People's Hospital of Anning City from November 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into study group(n=107)and control group(n=106)by computer numbered odd-even number method.The control group was treated with traditional surgery combined with potassium sodium hydrogen citrate.In the study group,minimally invasive gastritis resection combined with potassium sodium hydrogen citrate was selected.The efficacy,pain degree,joint function,renal function index and neurohumoral factor level were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(97.19%vs 86.79%)(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of both groups were lower than those before surgery,but the Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)scores were higher than those before surgery.The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the HSS score was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of renal function indexes in both groups were lower after operation,and the study group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of neurohumoral factors in the two groups were higher than those before surgery,but those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of minimally invasive gastritis resection combined with potassium sodium hydrogen citrate in the treatment of giant gastritis is better,which can effectively improve the pain degree,joint function,kidney function and neurohumoral factor level of patients.关键词
