张家口种植紫苏叶中总挥发油成分的提取及含量测定OA
Extraction and Content Determination of Total Volatile Oil in Perilla Leaf Grown in Zhangjiakou
目的:用高效液相色谱法分别测定市场销售的紫苏叶和河北北方学院百草园种植的紫苏叶中紫苏醛的含量,并计算总挥发油含量,通过比较总挥发油的含量评价我校百草园种植的紫苏叶是否达到市售标准.方法:用加热回流法,20 倍无水乙醇,于 85℃水浴中加热回流 1 h,分别提取两种紫苏叶中总挥发油成分.以紫苏醛为对照品,采用HPLC法测定总挥发油中紫苏醛的含量,计算得出两组紫苏叶中总挥发油的含量.结果:由紫苏醛对照品的线性关系回归方程计算得出,市场销售的紫苏叶中紫…查看全部>>
