摘要
Abstract
Probucol has two easily oxidized phenolic hydroxyl groups,which can combine with oxygen free radicals to form a stable phenolic oxygen group.It has powerful lipid-lowering,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant functions and plays an important role in the treatment process.This article reviews the protective effects and detailed protective mechanisms of probucol in the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system based on domestic and foreign literature in recent years.关键词
