摘要
Abstract
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal cancers globally,the majority of patients are diagnosed at an advanced or even metastatic state,and lost the opportunity for surgery.The patients who have undergo curative resection are also prone to recurrence and metastasis after surgery with a poor prognosis.Systemic chemotherapies are still the cornerstone of advanced pancreatic cancer treatment,so it is important to explore new chemotherapy schemes to improve the survival of patients.Systemic chemotherapy is now increasingly being utilized in the perioperation to increase resection rate,delay the recurrence and improve overall survival time.In recent years,precision targeted therapy and immunotherapy have been extensively studied in pancreatic cancer in order to make new therapeutic breakthroughs.This paper aims to review the latest progress in the systemic therapy of pancreatic cancer in 2023.关键词
