摘要
Abstract
Prostate cancer(PC)is the most prevalent malignancy in the male urogenital system,ranking second in terms of incidence among all male malignant tumors worldwide.Although the incidence of PC in China is lower than that in Europe and the United States,it has been steadily increasing due to population aging,dietary habit changes,and advancements in diagnostic techniques.Currently,targeted biopsy for PC diagnosis,artificial intelligence-based tumor assessment and efficacy prediction are crucial areas of focus.In terms of treatment,Hood technology,robot-assisted single-port radical prostatectomy,and radiotherapy-guided surgery have significantly improved patient prognosis.Endocrine therapy has demonstrated favorable clinical outcomes across different patient groups while immunotherapy offers novel approaches for PC treatment.Additionally,emerging radiation therapy techniques such as ultra-hypofractionated radiotherapy are increasingly being utilized for PC management.However,there remains an urgent need to explore new methods for both diagnosis and treatment.This article aims to review the advancements made in 2023 regarding PC diagnosis and treatment with the goal of providing more options for clinical decision-making.关键词
