2023年度黑色素瘤药物治疗研究进展
Research progress in drug treatment for melanoma in 2023
摘要
Abstract
Melanoma is a class of malignant tumors with high recurrence,high metastasis and poor prognosis.In recent years,the incidence of melanoma has been continuously increasing,and it has become one of the fastest growing malignancies.Early-stage melanoma is primarily treated with surgery,while for melanomas that cannot be completely excised surgically,treatment mainly relies on immunotherapy,chemotherapy,targeted therapy,and radiation therapy.The efficacy and safety of emerging new drugs and new therapies in melanoma patients are also concerned.This paper aims to review and summarize the research progress in the field of melanoma drug therapy in 2023,in order to provide a reference for clinical practice.关键词
