2022年昆明市居民癌症防治核心知识知晓现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the current status and influencing factors on the knowledge of core knowledge of cancer prevention and control among Kunming residents in 2022

Abstract
Objective Understanding the current status and influencing factors of Kunming residents'awareness of core knowledge of cancer prevention and control,to provide scientific basis for the development of cancer prevention and control strategies.Method The research used a multi-stage sampling method.A total of 2 561 residents aged 18 and above from four districts in Kunming from September to December 2022 were selected for a questionnaire survey.Statistical description,χ2 test,and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between various factors and the awareness rate of core knowledge of cancer prevention and control.Result This study included a total of 2 561 participants,with 2 135 valid questionnaires obtained according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,resulting in an effective rate of 83.37%.The overall awareness of core knowledge of cancer prevention and control among residents in Kunming was 68.52%(1 463/2 135).The awareness rate was higher among females compared to males(71.24%∶ 64.77%).It showed a decreasing trend with increasing age(P＜0.01),and there was a significant positive correlation between educational level and awareness rate(P＜0.01).The results of the multivariate Logistic regression analysis indicated that educational level,occupation,household registration type,participation in cancer screening programs,and smoking status were significant influencing factors for the awareness of core knowledge of cancer prevention and control(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The awareness of core knowledge of cancer prevention and control among Kunming residents is at a moderate level nationwide.In the future,targeted publicity and education should be carried out to improve the health awareness of populations with low educational levels,those who live in rural areas,agricultural workers and smokers.关键词
