Abstract
This paper explores the challenges facing the pet dog care industry and the limitations of current service models,proposing strategies based on service design thinking to optimize the industry.By introducing the overview of the domestic pet dog care industry,including the current situation,practitioners,and consumers,the paper analyzes existing pet dog care models,such as in-store care,home care,and outdoor care,and discusses their shortcomings.Based on this analysis,a series of optimization strategies are proposed,including personalized service customization,innovative technology application,cross-industry collaboration and shared economy,as well as user participation and feedback mechanisms.These strategies aim to improve the quality of pet dog care services and enhance user experience,driving the industry towards a direction characterized by intelligence,convenience,and user-friendliness.关键词
