Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of fast-track nursing combined with predictive nursing in elderly patients with hip fractures.Methods One hundred elderly patients with hip fractures at Changshu No.2 People's Hospital(admitted between June 2019 and June 2022)were allocated into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(receiving fast-track nursing combined with predictive nursing)using a random number table.Both groups contained 50 cases.The nursing effect of two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher bone mineral density of femoral neck and femoral trochanter after 3 and 6 months of nursing,as well as higher Harris Hip Scores after 1,3,and 6 months of nursing(all P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume of the observation group were less than those of the control group.The first time of getting out of bed after surgery was earlier than that of the control group.The hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group,and the satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).At 6 h,24 h,48 h,7 days,and 14 days postoperatively,the Visual Analogue Scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The fast-track nursing combined with predictive nursing can improve the bone mineral density,perioperative indicators,satisfaction,and hip function in elderly patients with hip fractures,and help reduce the pain and the incidence of complications.关键词
