强化健康教育结合家庭压力应对训练在1型糖尿病患儿中的应用OA
Application of strengthened health education combined with family stress coping training in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus
目的 探讨给予1 型糖尿病患儿强化健康教育结合家庭压力应对训练的应用效果.方法 选择 2019 年1 月至2023 年2 月期间徐州医科大学附属医院收治的80 例1 型糖尿病患儿及其照顾者为研究对象,将所有患儿按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40 例.对照组给予强化健康教育,观察组给予强化健康教育结合家庭压力应对训练,干预周期为3 个月.比较干预前和干预3 个月后患儿的血糖相关指标,以及照顾者负担、照顾者糖尿病知识掌握程度和照顾者积极感受.结…查看全部>>
