Effect of explanation-simulation-practice-communication-support nursing on the rehabilitation of patients undergoing hip arthroplasty
目的 探讨讲解—模拟—练习—沟通—支持护理在行髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果.方法 以 2020 年1 月至2022 年12 月于江南大学附属医院行髋关节置换术的84 例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为2 组(即观察组和对照组),各42 例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用讲解—模拟—练习—沟通—支持护理.比较2 组的髋关节功能、日常生活能力、心理弹性、自护能力、护理满意率和术后并发症发生率.结果 干预 3 个月后,观察组的Harris髋关节量表评…查看全部>>
