高职院校助力新质生产力高质量发展探究
Exploration of Higher Vocational Colleges Supporting High-quality Development of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
New quality productive forces is an inherent requirement and an important focus to promote high-quality development.The inherent logical relationship between talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and new quality productive forces is mainly reflected in three aspects:new quality productive forces promote the transformation of vocational education system,vocational education is a necessary factor for the formation of new quality productive forces,and vocational talent cultivation and high-quality development of new quality productive forces are mutually interactive.However,higher vocational colleges face practical challenges at both macro and micro levels in promoting the high-quality development of new productive forces,which hinders the achievement of the goal of promoting high-quality development of new productive forces in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,we should take system concept as the guide and update the talent training concept of higher vocational education;expand the level of talent cultivation in higher vocational education and construct a diversified talent cultivation pattern;based on the"the Belt and Road"strategy,standardize the"going abroad"behavior of higher vocational education;establish a sense of service and emphasize the social benefits of talent cultivation;take multiple measures to promote the dual improvement of teaching and research abilities of teachers;actively promote the reform of vocational education enrollment and examination system,and strive to eliminate hierarchical differences among higher vocational college students.关键词
