Abstract
Seed&seedling industry of Chinese medicinal plant is an important foundation for the modernization of Chinese medicine in China,with small scale,low efficiency,strong public welfare,and other special industry attributes.Although in the past ten years,seed&seedling industry of Chinese medicinal plant has achieved remarkable results in variety breeding,standard setting,and compliance enterprise-building,and has initially formed commercial seeds of Chinese medicinal plant,its industrial development still lags behind the crop seed industry for more than 30 years.Currently,the existing bank-based financial system is difficult to provide financial support for the innovation of seed&seeding industry of Chinese medicinal plant.To accelerate the innovation and development of seed&seedling industry of Chinese medicinal plant and tackle the problems of scattered structure,low market concentration and insufficient innovation,this paper proposed to set up an investment fund for the development of seed&seedling industry of Chinese medicinal plant by reference to the mode of modern seed industry development fund.This would give full play to the advantages of policy funds,reconstruct the financial innovation system of seed&seedling industry of Chinese medicinal plant and empower the industry development.关键词
