Health Value of Apios fortunei as Introduced Plant Resource and Its Prospects for Industrialization
摘要
Abstract
Apios fortunei is an introduced plant species with significant economic and health benefits.Compared with international research,studies on the development and utilization of A.fortunei in China are relatively sparse.There is a noticeable gap in experience concerning the cultivation of germplasm resources,production and processing technologies,product development,and market expansion.This paper conducted an in-depth analysis of literature and patent data,examining the current state of research,the progress of planting industries both domestically and internationally,as well as its health benefits and potential applications,and thus proposed targeted strategies aimed at fostering the green and healthy growth of the A.fortunei industry.A resource recycling industry chain was established to offer guidance for the in-depth exploitation of A.fortunei resources and expand its applications across various sectors.This paper provided valuable insights for policymakers and industry planners,facilitating the transformation and upgrading of the A.fortunei industry towards a sustainable,green,and healthy development trajectory.关键词
