基于Python分析中药治疗糖尿病足溃疡的用药规律
Analysis of the Medication Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcer Based on Python

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the rule of Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)based on Python method in order to provide ideas for evidence based medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Through CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Web of Science and Cochrane Library,the Chinese medicine formulae of randomized controlled studies related to DFU were retrieved and included,and the search period is from the establishment of the database to September 1,2022.Using Python,the composition of formulae and the frequency of drug dosage were counted,and correlation analysis and cluster analysis were carried out.Results:A total of 101 formulae were included through searching the above databases.These formulae included a total of 155 different Chinese medicinals,with a cumulative use frequency of 1 047 times.Out of these,17 Chinese medicinals had a frequency of use equal to or greater than 15 times.Astragali Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Paeoniae Rubra Radix,and Carthami Flos were the main medicinals for the treatment of DFU,accounting for 58.8%of the total frequency.The analysis of nature,flavor,and meridian entry revealed that the medicinals with a sweet flavor,warm in nature,and entering the liver meridian were most commonly used.Several couplet medicinals with high correlations were identified,including Persicae Semen and Carthami Flos,Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Carthami Flos,Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Persicae Semen,Scrophulariae Radix and Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Paeoniae Rubra Radix and Pheretima,Astragali Radix and Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma and Rehmanniae Radix.Through hierarchical cluster analysis,we obtained some new formulae,such as the one with Astragali Radix as the main medicinal,the one with Lonicerae Japonicae Flos and Scrophulariae Radix as the main medicinals,and the one with Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Spatholobi Caulis and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma as the main medicinals.Conclusion:Through Python analysis,it was found that among the new formulae of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of DFU,the formula formed by Astragali Radix,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Spatholobi Caulis,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,and Scrophulariae Radix has a certain reliability,and this formula has the effect of replenishing qi and clearing heat,providing a theoretical basis and evidence based medicine basis for clinical treatment of DFU.关键词
