Exploration on the Diagnosis and Treatment Strategy of Diabetic Gastroparesis Based on the Theory of Physique,Qi and Spirit
摘要
Abstract
The theory of physique,qi and spirit is a holistic and systematic study of human life activities.This theory reveals the harmonious unity of the material foundation,movement changes,and spiritual emotions of the human body from the three levels of physique,qi,and spirit,and is a highly reflected view of life in the Huangdi′s Internal Classic.Diabetic gastroparesis is a common clinical disease with deficiency root and excess superficiality,and the disease condition is complex and changeable.The authors of this paper explored the changes in physique,qi,and spirit during the occurrence and development of diabetic gastroparesis;elucidated that spleen and stomach deficiency is the starting factor of the disease,unsmooth qi movement is the key factor in the development of the disease,and uneasy heart spirit is the internal factor;and proposed treatment methods of physique treatment,qi and spirit regulation.关键词
