基于"嗅脑关联"探讨针刺治疗抑郁障碍的作用机制
Exploring the Mechanism of Acupuncture Treatment for Depressive Disorder Based on the"Olfactory Brain Association"
摘要
Abstract
The occurrence of depressive disorder is closely related to the sense of smell.Acupuncture can treat depressive disorder through the olfactory brain correlation pathway,but the mechanism of action is not clear.In this paper,by combing the correlation between depression and olfactory brain correlation pathway and the influence of smell on mood,the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of depressive disorder by regulating olfactory brain correlation pathway was discussed from the perspectives of acupuncture′s effect on mood and smell,as well as on its regulation of central nervous system and immune system.It has been found that acupuncture through the olfactory brain association pathway can increase the volume of the olfactory bulb,improve depressive disorder and olfactory dysfunction,promote neural function repair,improve deficits,upregulate the level of brain-derived neurotrophic factors,increase the content of nerve growth factor in serum,regulate immune cytokines,reduce inflammatory reactions,and achieve benign regulation of emotions,thereby improving depression.关键词
