中医药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的机制研究进展
Research Progress on Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Diabetes Gastroparesis

Abstract
In recent years,the global incidence of diabetes has gradually increased.Diabetic gastroparesis(DGP),as a common complication in the later stage of diabetes,seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Researches suggest that the main factors related to the onset of the disease are high blood sugar,disrupted secretion of gastrointestinal hormones,autonomic neuropathy,histological changes,and immune reactions.Generally,symptomatic treatment is adopted based on controlling diet and blood sugar,but there are adverse reactions in this treatment such as extravertebral reactions and arrhythmia.A large number of studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy with fewer adverse reactions in the treatment of this disease.This article summarizes relevant literature in recent years,and elaborates on the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in treating DGP from the aspects of increasing the number of Cajal interstitial cells in gastric tissue,regulating gastrointestinal hormones,improving autonomic neuropathy,improving gut microbiota,and regulating immune function.It is found that traditional Chinese medicine formulas and acupuncture treatment can effectively improve gastrointestinal symptoms,inhibit cell and neuronal apoptosis,regulate intestinal microbiota,and reduce inflammatory damage.关键词
