用于盲人数字化阅读的指套式全锁止盲文显示装置OACSTPCD

由于视力存在障碍且缺乏社会关注,盲人的阅读便利性问题一直没有得到很好的解决.针对已有盲文显示装置存在的锁止力小、能耗大等问题,开发了一种用于盲人数字化阅读的指套式全锁止盲文显示装置,并通过理论推导、有限元分析对其进行仿真和优化.该装置中的盲文点执行器依靠横梁结构进行全锁止,能够为用户提供足够的反馈力,提高了盲文点识别的准确率和阅读效率.性能测试结果表明,盲文点执行器平均上弹力为101.67 mN,锁止力为5N以上,平均刷新频率为17.7 Hz,符合设计要求.用户实验结果表明,识别盲文点平均准确率达到94%,且用户主观评价较高.可以看出,该装置可以提高盲人数字化阅读水平,并为盲人便携地阅读数字文本提供了一种良好的途径.

The problem of reading accessibility for blind people has not been well solved due to the visual im-pairment and lack of social attention.In view of he problems of low locking force and high energy consumption of existing Braille display devices,a fingertip-type fully locked Braille display device is developed for blind people's digital reading,and it is simulated and optimized through theoretical derivation and finite element a-nalysis.The Braille dot actuator of this device relies on the crossbeam structure for full locking,which can pro-vide sufficient feedback force for the users and improve the accuracy of Braille dot recognition and reading effi-ciency.The performance test results show that the average upper spring force of the Braille dot actuator is 101.67 mN,the locking force is more than 5 N,and the average refresh frequency is 17.7 Hz,which meets the de-sign requirements.The experimental results show that the average accuracy of Braille dots recognition is 94%,and the subjective evaluation is high.It can be seen that the device can improve the level of blind people's digital reading,and provide a good way for the blind people to read digital text portable.
