Abstract
A metal thin-shell structure deformation repair method based on stress control is studied.By applying this method,the deformation fault of the metal structure of the aircraft integral fuel tank has been successfully repaired.Based on the theoretical study of energy principle,the method studies the internal structural stress control in the deformation repair,and applies the reverse stress to the deformed area,so that the deformed thin-shell structure of the integral fuel tank can be restored to its original shape,thereby achieving the purpose of repairing the deformation.As a typical metal thin-shell structure,the integral fuel tank also needs to ensure the unique functional characteristics of aircraft,such as aerodynamics and stealth.Therefore,the deformation repair process requires the coordination and balance of multiple structural systems and the comprehensive optimization in multiple fields.The deformation repair method of metal thin-shell structure based on stress control is studied in the practical process of repairing the typical metal thin-shell structure deformation failure of the aircraft inte-gral fuel tank.The deformation repair of whole fuel tank metal thin-shell structure is realized.The research on the deformation repair of metal thin-shell structures has important guiding significance and provides new ideas for the deformation repair in related fields.关键词
