蒙东风电场一次调频实测与分析
Measurement and Analysis of Primary Frequency Control in Wind Farm of East Inner Mongolia

Abstract
According to the problem of frequency support for large-scale wind power in East Inner Mongolia Power Grid,a wind farm in Tongliao is measured by primary frequency modulation.For the first time,it uses the real-time active power output of wind farm to calculate the power regulation of primary frequency modulation.Based on the test data of four kinds of primary frequency modulation performance at the end of the wind farm,it analyzes the active power response of wind turbine by Origin software,and calculates the parameters of each performance test.The test shows that it is feasible and necessary to carry out primary frequency modulation test in wind farm,and has guidance and reference for high permeability wind power to participate in the engineering application of primary fre-quency modulation,which can effectively enhance the coordination ability of east inner mongolia network source and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.关键词
