Diagnosis of Mechanical Faults in High Voltage Circuit Breakers Based on Dynamic Grey Correlation Analysis Method
摘要
Abstract
The cause of mechanical fault of high voltage circuit breaker is complicated,and it is difficult to find the analytical mapping relationship between mechanical fault and the current of opening and closing coil.A mechanical fault diagnosis model of high voltage circuit breaker is established by using grey correlation analysis method.Furthermore,it proposes a grey correlation analysis method based on dynamic resolution coefficient by calculating the distance between reference series and comparison series.This method does not require a large amount of sample data and its accuracy is not affected by signal interference.The study shows that selecting the cor-relation of time parameter in the jamming iron core movement as the fault diagnostic feature can diagnose mechanical failures of high-voltage circuit breakers.关键词
