Abstract
Taking the 1025 t/h boiler air preheater outlet flue as the research object,computational fluid dynamics software is used to compare the flow field between the boiler original tail flue and eight different flue reconstruction methods.It analyzes the influence of the number and position of the baffle in the flue and the shape of the external angle of the flue on the flow field in the flue,and seeks the flow field optimization scheme.The results show that the arc baffle at the inner baffle is more effective in improving the uniformity of flow field.The flow sharing effect and resistance characteristics of the baffle increase with the number of baffle in a certain range.The effect of the installation position of the baffle on improving the uniformity of the flow field increases with the decrease of the distance from the low-speed vortex region within a certain range.The outside corner plate is more effective in improving the uniformity of flow field and the effect of the straight plate on improving the uniformity of flow field increases with the increase of the length of the straight plate in a certain range.The unreasonable selection of the number and location of the baffle will worsen the uniformity of the initial flow field and aggravate the ash accumulation.It is feasible to improve the smoke flow field by increasing the baffle and transforming the ex-ternal angle,and the improvement effect of the baffle should be simulated before the renovation.关键词
