摘要

Abstract

The message format of the satellite based augmentation system(SBAS)is open,and the system is relative-ly fragile.In order to prevent the SBAS service from being subjected to generative spoofing attacks,the international civil aviation organization(ICAO)actively promotes the formulation of the SBAS certification service standard.This paper ex-pounds the elliptic curve digital signature Algorithum(ECDSA)message authentication scheme and the time efficient stream loss-tolerant authentication(TESLA)message authentication scheme based on the Chinese commercial cryptographic algorithm for the Beidou satellite based augmentation system(BDSBAS).The BDSBAS authentication message is de-signed,and according to the air key management OTAR(Over The Air Rekeying)strategy formulates the OTAR message type(OMT)and broadcast scheme.The Monte Carlo OTAR simulator is used to simulate and analyze the receiving time of different OTAR messages.The results of the scheme designed in this paper are significantly improved compared with for-eign schemes,which effectively reduces the time for the receiver to complete the authentication with the SBAS enhanced service.The message authentication service provides certain references and suggestions.
