麻芩清热止咳合剂对靶动物鸡的安全性试验
Target Animal Safety Test of Maqin Qingre Zhike Mixture in Broilers

Abstract
In order to evaluate the safety of Maqin Qingre Zhike Mixture on broilers,120 healthy broilers with an average age of 17 days were selected and randomly divided into 1 time dose group(0.36 g/kg·bw),3 times dose group(1.08 g/kg·bw),5 times dose group(1.80 g/kg·bw)and blank control group.The test group was given mixed drink for 10 days,and the observation continued for 10 days after stopping the drug.The general clinical performances of the test chickens were observed and recorded every day.The chickens were weighed before administration(day 1),at the end of administration(day 11)and at the end of the test(day 21),the routine hematological indexes and blood physiological and biochemi-cal indexes were detected on day 1 and day 11,and the histopathological examinations on the main organs of the 5-fold dose group and the blank control group were conducted on day 11 and day 21.The results showed that the clinical status of each dose group was normal;Hematology routine and blood physiological and biochemical tests showed that the number of red blood cells in the 5-fold dose group was significantly higher than that in the blank control group and the 1-fold dose group(P＜0.05),and other indicators were normal;Histopathological results showed that no lesions were found.The results showed that Maqin Qingre Zhike Mixture was safe for the broilers.关键词
