不同温度下4种速生树种凋落叶的浸泡分解特性
Soaking and decomposition characteristics of litter leaves of four fast-growing tree species at different temperatures

Abstract
[Purpose]After soaking,the effects of tree species and environmental temperature on the decomposition characteristics of litter leaves of fast-growing tree species were investigated,to predict the ecological function of fast-growing tree species in re-sponse of the context of climate change.[Method]The litter of four fast-growing southern tree species(Pine spp.,Cunninghamia lanceolata,Eucalyptus spp.and Castanopsis hystrix)were collected and soaked for 22 days at ambient temperatures,20℃,or 35℃,respectively.After soaking,content of total phosphorus,total nitrogen,humic acid,COD,tannic acid,and turbidity,con-ductivity,pH of the four litter leaves were investigated and compared.[Result]Temperature significantly affected the turbidity changes of soaking solution of four fast-growing tree species(P<0.05).After 22 days of soaking,the effects of decomposition of Eu-calyptus litter leaves on tannic acid content,humic acid content and pH were greater than those of other 3 tree species.Tannin con-tent of soaked Eucalyptus litter leaves reached 1 407.84 mg·L-1,which was 12,14,and 4-fold higher than those of Pine spp.,Cunninghamia lanceolata,and Castanopsis hystrix,respectively;the amount of humic acid reached 871.40 mg·L-1,which was 15,14,and 12-fold higher than those of Pine spp.,Cunninghamia lanceolata,and Castanopsis hystrix,respectively;the pH re-mained between 4.35 and 4.46,lower than other 3 tree species.[Conclusion]The turbidity of soaking solution was mainly affected by temperature,and the changes in other indices varied with different tree species.Ambient temperature can promote the release of tannic acid from soaking solution of Eucalyptus litter leaves more than either constant temperature condition,leading to a decrease in the pH value of the soaking solution.关键词
