Progress on Bovine Emerging Viral Infectious Diseases and Relevant Diagnosis Technology
摘要
Abstract
Recently,the outbreaks of bovine emerging viral infectious diseases have been reported worldwide,which caused huge economic losses to the global cattle industry.Lumpy skin disease virus can cause primary and secondary pneumonia in cattle,and reduce cattle production performance.Schmallenberg virus can invade the nervous system of ruminants,and cause abortion of pregnant animals and fetal malformations.In addition,some emerging viruses origin of cattle may have potential risks of interspecies transmission to humans,posing a potential threat to human public health security.Therefore,identifying the pathogen and epidemiology of these diseases is especially necessary to establish specific and sensitive diagnostic techniques for the prevention and control of bovine emerging infectious diseases.In this review,we focus on bovine emerging viral infectious diseases in domestic and overseas in terms of etiology,epidemiology,and diagnostic techniques,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of the relevant epidemics.关键词
