鸡新城疫商业化疫苗研究进展
Progress on Commercial Newcastle Disease Vaccines in Chickens
摘要
Abstract
Newcastle disease(ND)is an acute,severe,and septic infectious disease caused by the Newcastle disease virus(NDV),and chicken and turkey are mainly infected objects.NDV is an enveloped negative-strand RNA virus.F protein and HN protein are immune protective antigens,which determine the viru-lence of the virus.ND can cause high morbidity and mortality and significant economic losses to the global chicken industry.At present,with the development of modern bioengineering technology and vaccinology,safe and effective commercial ND vaccines have been widely used.This review aims to summarize the progress of research on ND vaccines,including inactivated vaccine,attenuated live vector vaccine and live virus vector vaccine,and the scientific problems in the commercialization of vaccines,as well as currently good prospects of other vaccines are described briefly in the experimental stage,and the possibility of ND nano vaccine is proposed to provide some references for the research of ND vaccines.关键词
