摘要

Abstract

In order to make rational immunization strategy of camels agaist brucellosis with vaccine(A19 strain),sixty health camels without antbody of Brucella were selected,divided into 4 groups by different ages and doses,and immunized by subcutaneous injection.Comparison test was carried out for immune antibody in blood sampled regularly after immunization.The result showed that 1-3 years old camels which were immunized by standard dose(6×1010 CFU every camel)have 100%positive rate of antibody at 23 days after injection and reduce to 0 after 12 months,while 1-3 years old camels which were immunized by reduced dose(1×109 CFU every camel)have 94.1%positive rate of antibody at 23 days after injection and reduce to 0 after 6 months.3-12 month old camels which were immunized by standard dose(6×1010 CFU every camel)have 50%positive rate of antibody at 38 days after injection and reduce to 0 after 6 months,while 3-12 month old camels which were immunized by reduced dose(1×109 CFU every camel)have 16.7%positive rate of antibody at 38 days after injection and reduce to 0 after 6 month.In conclusion,live Brucellosis vaccine(A19 strain)could be used to 1-3 years old camels by subcutaneous injection with standard dose(6×1010 CFU every camel).
