Abstract

The rural revitalization strategy of Hebei Province has entered the stage of comprehensive deepening and implementation.The establishment of the evaluation index system of rural revitalization and timely evaluation of the effect of rural revitalization are crucial to the steady advancement of the rural revitalization strategy.According to the general requirements of rural revitalization strategy planning,the evaluation index system of rural revitalization level in Hebei Province was constructed,the weights were determined by entropy weight method,and the improved TOPSIS multi-attribute decision analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate and rank the rural revitalization development level of 11 prefecture-level cities.The results show that the weight of industrial revitalization,cultural revitalization and ecological revitalization in the evaluation of rural revitalization level in Hebei Province is relatively high.Among the 11 prefecture-level cities,Tangshan City has better rural revitalization and development,while Chengde City has considerable room for rural revitalization and development.The development of rural revitalization in Hebei Province presents a large imbalance and regional differences.
