摘要

Abstract

ZnCo2O4 has become an important electrode material in the field of supercapacitors due to its simple synthesis method and low cost.Prepared two different morphologies of ZnCo2O4 materials through two steps of hydrothermal and annealing treatment,and tested their supercapacitor performance in a three-electrode system.The results showed that the performance of ZnCo2O4 electrode with flower shaped nanosheet microsphere morphology is better than that of ZnCo2O4 electrode with nanosheet morphology.At a current density of 1 A·g-1,the specific capacitance of the ZnCo2O4 nanosheet microsphere electrode is as high as 3 005.0 F·g-1.At a current density of 20 A·g-1,the specific capacitance can still be maintained at 2 150.0 F·g-1,with a capacitance retention rate of 71.5%.After 10 000 cycles of charging/discharging,the capacitance retention rate still reaches 93.8%.The ZnCo2O4 nanosheet microsphere electrode material has good application prospects in the field of supercapacitor electrodes.
