Abstract

To address issues such as slow dissolution,volatility,and potential harm to operators during the pre-mixing process of a certain cross-linking agent,a set of small efficient pneumatic vertical pre-mixing device with remote control capability and a single-axis special-shaped blade has been developed.The flow field characteristics of four types of mixing blades were analyzed through fluid dynamics calculations,and a comparison was made between the overall flow patterns and velocity streamline distribu-tions of the special-shaped blade and the other three commonly used blades.The results indicate that at a pre-mixing speed of 45 rpm,the special-shaped blade enables radial flow of the cross-linking agent,ensuring thorough mixing of the agent around the rotation center and effectively preventing the formation of dead zones,which demonstrates excellent pre-mixing performance.By u-sing the special-shaped blade for pre-mixing,the pre-mixing time can be reduced from 6 h with manual mixing to 2 h.Additionally,the evaporation of the acetonitrile solution decreases by 60.8%.This approach effectively solves the issues of cross-linking agent e-vaporation and wall deposition,significantly improving the pre-mixing efficiency of the cross-linking agent.
