摘要

Abstract

In order to realize the efficient and accurate non-contact measurement of the size small parts of solid rocket motor nozzle,the 3D laser scanning technology was used to measure the size of upper lugs of nozzle,and the point cloud data on the front and back sides were accurately spliced through the point cloud coarse registration and fine registration,and the Octree algorithm was combined with the traditional iterative closest point registration method,which optimized the search process and excluded abnormal matching point pairs.Finally,the registered point cloud model was imported into Geomagic ControlX to reconstruct the 3D model for measurement.The results show that:Compared with the three-coordinate measurement method,the 3D laser scanning accuracy of 36 different upper lugs is basically maintained in the range of±0.05 mm;Fifteen single-piece upper lugs were measured with an aver-age time of 4.98 s and a repeatability of less than 2%;both the measurement accuracy and repeatability meet the process specifica-tions and requirements.
