FKBPs家族调控的细胞自噬与肿瘤关系的研究进展
Research progress on the relationship between autophagy regulated by FKBPs family and tu-mors
摘要
Abstract
FK506 binding proteins(FKBPs)family is a highly conserved protein family with peptidyl prolyl cis/trans isomerase activity,which is closely related to the occurrence and outcome of tumors.In recent years,many studies have found that FKBPs family members such as FKBP12,FKBP38 and FKBP51 are closely related to au-tophagy,and participate in the occurrence and development of tumors by regulating autophagy.In order to better understand the relationship between FKBPs family and autophagy,and provide theoretical basis for the develop-ment of autophagy based tumor diagnosis and treatment programs,this article reviews the research progress of the relationship between autophagy regulated by FKBPs family and tumors.关键词
