车体刚强度结构优化对连发武器射击精度的影响
Influence of Optimization of Rigid Strength Structure of Vehicle Body on Firing Accuracy of Automatic Weapon

Abstract
In order to mitigate the impact of vehicle body vibration on the firing accuracy of vehicle-mounted automatic weapon during firing,a finite element model of a wheeled vehicle body was developed to analyze the stress distribution on the vehicle body under typical firing conditions of artillery.With the optimization objective of improving the stiffness of the vehicle body structure,a variable cross-section beam was added transversely at the rear of the vehicle body to improve the corresponding weak structure.By comparing the modal test and shooting test results before and after implementing improvements to the vehicle body,the body structure optimization can effectively improve the first-order modal frequency of the body tube,which has a greater impact on the shooting accuracy under the whole vehicle environment,thereby effectively improving shooting accuracy during 5-round firings.关键词
