摘要

Abstract

The high accuracy active voltage divider has higher requirements on the component performance of the electronic circuit and the design ability of the researcher.In order to improve the error accuracy requirements of the existing high precision voltage proportional standards and reduce the complexity of electronic circuit design,this paper proposes a high accuracy active compensating voltage voltage divider,which greatly reduces the error and instability caused by the active device.It also expounds the compensation method of the active capacitor divider,and introduces the main voltage divider of the active compensating voltage divider,the compensation capacitor divider and the test methods of each part in detail.According to the actual test results,the measurement error of the active capacitor divider is better than 0.02%under power frequency,the uncertainty of ratio difference measurement is 19 × 10-6 and and the uncertainty of phase difference measurement is 18 μrad.
