A newly recorded species of Orchidaceae in Guizhou Province based on evidence from morphological and molecular analyses
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose]This study aimed to report a newly recorded species of Liparis Rich.(Orchidaceae)in Guizhou Province,providing basic data for biodiversity research and Orchidaceae conservation.[Method]Morphological characteristics of this species were measured and compared with those of known Liparis species.Phylogenetics were assessed based on nuclear ribosomal ITS and plastid matK DNA sequence data.[Result]A newly Orchidaceae species recorded of L.makinoana Schltr.was found in Guizhou Province,and voucher specimens were deposited in the herbarium of the College of Forestry,Fujian Agriculture and Forestry Uni-versity(FJFC).[Conclusion]This is a newly recorded species in Guizhou Province that enriches the known species diversity of Or-chidaceae in the region.关键词
