Analysis and Enlightenment on Typical Experience of Skilled Talent Cultivation in Vocational Education

Abstract
The successful experience at home and abroad of cultivating skilled talents in vocational education can provide references for our country's skilled talent cultivation in vocational colleges.This paper analyzes differ-ent cases from home and abroad including the cultivation modes of enterprise-centered"enterprise university"in Japan,the"dual system"cultivation modes based on the sense of identity in Germany,taking the demand as orien-tation in Australia,regarding the educational objects as the foundation in America,combining the professional groups with industrial groups as the orientation in Guangdong province,taking different regional features as the dis-parities in Jiangsu province,and regarding the"Zhejiang skill"as the starting point in Zhejiang province,and pro-poses the optimized countermeasures in cultivating skilled talents for our country's vocational education through taking the thoughts as the guidance to break through the stereotypes,taking the enterprises as the key points to ad-just the talent cultivation standards,and taking the industries as the foundations to carry out the distinctive voca-tional education.关键词
