摘要
Abstract
Cryptorchidism is a common congenital defect of male infant reproductive system.The cause is not clear yet.Its incidence rate is about 1%-3%in term infants and 1.1%-45.3%in premature infants.Clinically,it is mainly divided into low cryptorchidism(including inguinal type and high scrotal type)and high cryptorchidism.Among them,high cryptorchidism accounts for about 20%,which is the key and difficult point of cryptorchidism treatment.Various treatment methods have emerged in recent years,and the treatment of high cryptorchidism by laparoscopy has become a consensus.However,there are many types of surgical methods,and the curative effect is uneven.How to choose an appropriate way to achieve the therapeutic effect and safety and reduce the risk of complications is a problem we are facing.This article reviews the pathogenesis,diagnosis,harms,advantages and disadvantages of the main operations,the role of the current popular techniques in the treatment of cryptorchidism and the possible development trend in the future.关键词
