双组分层撞击流反应器流场时空演化数值模拟
Numerical study on temporal and spatial evolution of flow fields in a two-layer impinging stream reactor
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the temporal and spatial evolution of flow fields in a two-layer impinging stream reactor,a large eddy simulation(LES)method was used for numerical simulation.The velocity field and vorticity field of the axial,circumferential and radial surfaces on the spatial scale were analyzed together with the third generation vortex identification method.The evolution law of velocity field,vorticity field and vortex local rotation axis was revealed on the time scale.The results show that the vortex intensity of the axial and radial surfaces is multi-peak distribution,and the change of the vortex intensity of the circumferential torus can be divided into three stages:enhancement-stability-enhancement.Considering the XOY surface as an example,the vortex generation period can be divided into 6 stages according to position change of the vortex and the collision and fragmentation of the multi-scale vortex between the two nozzle layers,and the vortex evolution period can be divided into 12 stages,which is useful to predict the flow pattern change and flow field stage in the reactor.关键词
