猪源粪肠球菌分离鉴定及其对PEDV复制的影响
Isolation and Identification of Enterococcus faecalis from Swine and Its Inhibition of PEDV Replication

Abstract
To investigate the effect of Enterococcus faecalis on PEDV replication,Enterococcus faecalis was isolated from the feces of 9-day-old healthy piglets,and the preliminary identification of the isolate was completed by morphological observation,biochemical tests and 16S rDNA sequencing.The results showed that a Gram-positive chain-arranged coccus was isolated from piglet feces,and its biochemical identification results were consistent with the characteristics of Enterococcus faecalis.16S rDNA sequencing results showed that the isolate was 100%homologous with Enterococcus faecalis with registration numbers MT604811 and MT544905.The results showed that the bacterial culture,whole bacterial pellet and filtered supernatant of strain E1 inhibited the replication of PEDV,and the inhibition of PEDV replication was the most significant when E1 culture was preincubated with IPEC-J2 cells.In this study,a strain of Enterococcus faecalis of porcine origin was successfully isolated,which could inhibit the replication of PEDV in vitro,and provided a new theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of viral intestinal diseases.关键词
